 No, Prospera Health Centre is a non-governmental organization, registered under CEA 2010. We generate 100% of our revenue from patients' consultation fees and other services provided. Most of team members are employees of Prospera Health Centre. Although few services like Dental and Pharmacy services are outsourced and are managed by our network partners.

 We spent 100% our revenue in dispersing salaries of team and pay the recurring expenses, like Bank Loan, LIMS, Teleconsultation Kiosk charges, electricity, Clinical establishment act fee, biomedical waste management fee, space rent, etc.

 No, at the moment all the consultants are paid based on their specialty per hour basis. All the payments made for telemedicine consultation goes to concerned doctor, leaving us no profit. We are just providing community service. After we will become profitable, we will consider offering some free services.

Ans:

We conduct investigations using two different techniques, and our pricing varies accordingly. We may appear to charge higher prices than local and government-aided hospital-based laboratories, we bear the cost of maintaining quality control data on a daily basis, which is reflected in the pricing. We are also part of the EQA program, under the supervision of doctors from CMC Vellore and AIIMS New Delhi, which ensures the quality and accuracy of our reports. This program is a hallmark of quality reporting. Despite all this, our prices are much lower than those of big-brand private pathology laboratories. Ans:

Care Plan is a monthly payment plan to avail additional benefits. Once you choose a plan, you need to pay a very minimum monthly fee. One can pay 100% of installment in one year as per your convenience. Once you pay 50% of the plan amount, you are eligible to avail all of the Care Plan benefits.

Benefits of Care Plan:

i) One fee standard consultation.
ii) Extended consultation in price of standard consultation.
iii) Priority consultation.
iv) Direct paid telephonic consultation with concern specialist in case of emergency during out of hours.
v) Fee CBC with ESR once in year.
vi) HbA1C test one time in year for diabetics or TSH for Patient of Thyroid disorders.
vii) Up to 10% discount of Ethical medicine and 50% on Generic Medicine at Abrol Medical Store.
ix) 10% discounts on MRP of Prospera Laboratory Panels (already discounted before planning).
x) 25% on Individual tests

Ans:

we have different consultation plans; each consultation plan is valid for 10 days or 3 follow up visits (whichever earlier). All these consultation plan valid till 31st March, 2024.
     i)Standard Consultation (10mins) - Rs. 200
     ii)Short Consultation (7 mins) - Rs. 150 (vaccination consultations)
     iii)Extended Consultation (15 mins) - Rs. 250
     iv)Telephone / Skype - Rs. 100 (per 10 mins - existing patients only)
     v)Video Consultation with GP - Rs. 150 (per 10 mins - existing patients only)

Ans:

 We want to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible, even outside of our regular operating hours. Please note that our out of hours service is not an emergency service. In case of a suspected heart attack, stroke, severe acute chest pain or shortness of breath, please call 108 immediately for emergency services.
If you are a CarePlan member (find details in above) please contact your clinician directly using their provided contact details. Non-members can contact our out of hours provider, DoctorCall, at 09816632008. Please keep in mind for existing clients who are not part of the CarePlan program, the out-of-hours services are charged at 1.5 times the normal consultation charges. This means that if the normal consultation fee is rupees 100, the out-of-hours service fee would be rupees 150.
For CarePlan members, the out-of-hours services are charged at the normal consultation fee. This means that if the normal consultation fee is rupees 100, the out-of-hours service fee would also be rupees 100.
It is important to note that the availability and pricing of out-of-hours services may vary depending on the specific healthcare provider or organization offering them. It is recommended that you contact your healthcare provider or CarePlan program for more information on their out-of-hours services and pricing.

Ans:

 We provide teleconsultation via Gloheal a telemedicine Kiosk, powered by Tata communication services. If a patient needs a specialist, we can guide them and may facilitate discounted packages on specialist consultations. We are providing limited surgical specialty services initially, but we will continue to expand services. For minor procedures like I&D and debridement, patients can be treated at Prospera Health Centre, while major surgeries require referral to appropriate medical facilities.

Ans:

 Patients can choose their doctors, from the specialist available for physical or online consultation. In case someone is not aware which specialty to see, we can help them. For Dental problems patient can walk in our partner dental clinics, anytime in working hours.
